Big Weekend at Work
It’s been a crazy three weeks at the day job. So far this week I have 70 hours on the clock, plus whatever I put in today. Luckily I can write this posting during a few minutes of down time. This weekend we are moving an old Microsoft Access based system to Microsoft SQL Server. It’s a huge monster of a system with 97 total databases, excel files, and text files. After this weekend it’s all one big SQL Server database.
One week of support after the install and I have a free week! I’m planning on getting into the studio and banging on some metal to create a few rings and pendants. I may need to create a bracelet and a few earrings. These pieces are going to be clean and simple. I can hardly wait.

There are plans to complete more elaborate jewelry a bit later. I need to do something with some of that fantastic charoite I bought a while back. Maybe a couple of pendants and a bracelet or two.
