Ohana in Kaua’i, Day 10
Today we I dropped the girls (Malia, Katie, Kaylee, Rebekah, Sara, and Nicole) off at Anini Beach. Then Momi, Zac, Jake, Kris, and I headed to Sea Lodge Beach. About the time we got to the parking lot Malia called and wanted me to pick them up. It was about an hour later due to shuttling them back and forth. They went to Subway for lunch and I returned to Secret Beach.
Sea Lodge Beach is a smaller beach. There was only two other couples on the beach besides our group. We spent four hours snorkeling and laying on the beach. The sand was a little larger than most of the other beaches which made it easier to remove the sand. At this time the water was a bit shallow, almost too shallow for snorkeling.
We ended the evening by taking Rebekah to the airport, as she left Hawaii a few days before the rest of the party. She has to get ready to head to College Station, Texas for freshman orientation at Texas A&M.
Edit: Corrected the beach name. Evidently we zigged when we should have zagged. So we ended up at Sea Lodge Beach instead of Secret Beach.
