Silver Etching Update
If you read my last post you know that I stained my hands with some Ferric Nitrate while etching some silver. Well that was 13 days ago. Today the very last spec of black has vanished from my hands. What remains are some nasty brown stains on my fingernails. I’m going to have those for a while. You can bet the next time I etch some silver I will definitely be wearing gloves!
I still haven’t made it back into the studio to make anything. I’ve been working 70 to 80 hours a weeks at the day job. Next week doesn’t look any better.
